Win a Nissan Juke!

Our friends at Nissan just informed us that they’ve launched a new, interactive and design-inspired contest that will give readers the chance to win a Juke vehicle and more! Details on the Juke Studio contest are below.

To enter the contest, interested participants can visit NissanJukeStudio.com and submit a wrap of their design, drawing inspiration from the original work of the 3 artists.

From there, we encourage participants to share their custom wraps with friends, family and other networks to gather votes.

The art will be ranked by the number of votes received for weekly prizes. Our final winner, the wrap that receives the most votes, will receive an actual Juke wrapped in their original design. Not to mention some serious bragging rights.

GM Owns February 2011 with a 46% Gain!

The General came in big last month with a whopping 46% gain compared to February 2010. We’ll be watching to see if GM can keep up the pace or if another leader will rise in 2011.

From Detroit News:

February marked the strongest U.S. car and truck sales pace since August 2009, according to figures compiled by AutoData Corp.

Should the pace keep up, the year’s sales would total 13.4 million.

The Detroit Three automakers today all reported double-digit sales gains in February from a year ago, led by General Motors Co.’s healthy 46 percent gain.

GM totaled 207,028 cars and trucks sold under the Cadillac, GMC, Chevrolet and Buick brands and fared much better than crosstown rival Chrysler Group LLC, which reported a 13 percent increase in its February sales at 95,102 vehicles.

Bullz-Eye Reviews the 2011 Nissan Rogue

Bullz-Eye.com reviewed the 2011 Nissan Rogue and share their thoughts below!

The 2011 Nissan Rogue is a confident vehicle upon first impression and as I spent more time with the car, that impression proved true. We tested an AWD SV model, the overall look and feel of which gave me the sense that a few more upgrades to this vehicle would allow it to compete with much pricier brands.

Exterior

The exterior of the Nissan Rogue was refreshed for 2011 with a new front end. It has a very classy look that could easily be mistaken for upscale competitors. Our Rogue was an SV model with the SL package, so pretty much all of the goodies offered were on board. The Frosted Steel paint job was a great fit for the Rogue – it was sporty but also had a high end look to the finish. The halogen headlights, body color real spoiler, chrome grille, chrome door handles, chrome body side moldings and chrome exhaust gave passersby no choice but to notice the Rogue on the street. This little SUV carries some serious bling and it carries it well. When you add the privacy glass, roof rails with silver accents and 18″ alloy wheels, there isn’t a whole lot you would want to add to this car when it arrives at the dealership for delivery.
