Review of the Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson

Bullz-Eye.com was recently given the opportunity to review the Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson!

The 2011 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson is the kind of vehicle that commands attention on the road. We recently test drove one of these luxury trucks and we’re convinced that Ford stopped at nothing to brand this top truck for all of the Harley-Davidson fans out there.

Exterior
The tuxedo black metallic paint on the 2011 F-150 Harley-Davidson is dressed up with graphics on the side of the truck and the hood. These orange and silver streaks really distinguish the Harley-Davidson F-150 from anything else on the road. The new front fascia with a six-bar billet-style satin chrome grille and blacked out lower grille add a refined look to the truck. The 22-inch forged wheels lift the truck high enough to make the integrated deployable running boards a big help. With all of the chrome on with the 2011 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson, this truck balances the fine line between luxury and ultra cool sportiness.

BMW M3 Pickup Truck could be for real!

We have no idea whether this BMW M3 pickup will ever see the production line but if it does that market will never be the same!

From Insideline.com:

We’ve been hearing for a while now that the 2014 BMW M3 would be shedding a few pounds when it is fully redesigned. We knew that it would lose a few cylinders when switching from the V8 to a twin-turbo V6, but we didn’t know that meant losing a few seats — and doors and a trunk — as well. So when our spy photographers caught this M3amino testing on the Ring it was a bit of…uh… a surprise. I mean, we know that small pickups are the hottest thing going in Thailand right now and that developing markets are the next growth zone for luxury cars, but…

Continental recalled tires

If you’re truck has these Continental tires get to a Ford Dealer or contact Continental like really fast and they should be replaced!

From the Detroit News:

Washington— Continental AG’s North American unit is recalling 390,000 truck tires following a fatal crash involving a Ford pickup in September, the company announced Friday.

Most of the recalled tires were used as original equipment on new Ford F-250 and F-350 vehicles.

The company said 330,000 of the tires were used on new 2008-09 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks, while the rest were sold as replacement tires on Ford and other trucks.

The recall by South Carolina-based Continental Tire was prompted after the company received notice in January of a fatality involving a vehicle with a tire that has now been recalled.

The company hasn’t identified a root cause of the crash, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Continental and Utah State police are trying to figure out if the tire was to blame.

Nissan goes “personal” with new wraps!

From Auto Guide.com:

Large panel vans are perhaps the ultimate form of mobile blank canvas – the acres of sheetmetal representing the perfect opportunity to install your own logo. Increasingly, companies are using vehicle wraps to market their product or service on their own vehicles and it’s proven to increase public awareness.

Now, Nissan North America is teaming up with Lakewood, Colorado based Original Wraps Inc. to offer specific wrap applications for customers of the new NV commercial van. Original Wraps has developed a software program that allows owners of Nissan’s new commercial van to create their own logos and designs on the Nissan Commercial Vehicle Website. Once the design has been finalized, it can then be printed on 3M Scotchprint Vinyl and shipped to the customer within 7-10 days ready for installation.

“We’re pleased to offer high quality, customized vehicle personalization with hundreds of different graphic designs created specially for the new Nissan NV,” remarked Joe Castelli, vice president, Nissan Commercial Vehicles and Fleet, NNA. “It’s part of our innovative approach to thinking about how our customers use their vans – including as a vehicle for advertising their company and services.”

The program is scheduled to start in January 2011.
