Ferrari FF ‘Fast Four’ New Photos, More AWD Winter Testing Shots

You know the world is becoming a better place when Ferarri’s new flagship will sport AWD!

Ferrari has once again released a smattering of photos of its new flagship, known tentatively as the FF or Fast Four. The name of course is a reference to the fact that this is the Prancing Horse’s first-ever AWD-equipped car.

The successor to the 612 Scagliettei, the FF maintains seating for four and even offers genuine cargo room thanks to the almost wagon-like design.

But enough about practicality, the FF also gets a direct-injection 6.3-liter V12 engine with 651-hp and 504 ft lbs of torque, enabling a 0-62 mph time of just 3.7 seconds.

But that’s not all, with the FF promising improved fuel economy and reduced emissions thanks to the company’s HELE (High Emotion Low Emission) system that cut emissions by 23 percent in the California HELE Concept.

2011 Nissan Altima Coupe Review

Bullz-Eye.com reviewed the 2011 Nissan Altima Coupe. Find out what they had to say about the ride below!

Exterior
The projector beam headlights on the 2011 Altima are aggressive and very stylish. One could easily mistake the Altima for the pricier and larger Nissan Maxima (that’s not a bad thing for Altima buyers!). The model we tested was Navy Blue, equipped with 17″ Alloy Wheels, dual chrome-tipped exhaust finishers, body-color front and rear splash guards and UV reducing solar glass. All together, the car looked like a sporty but sizable vehicle. The 2011 Altima has an overall length of 190.7 inches so you’re not jumping into a sub compact.

Interior
When I first entered the 2011 Altima Coupe I could see a fine line between this car and and a sports car. You really do get the feel of a sports car with the room of a midsize. The front bucket seats are comfortable and the charcoal cloth trim in our model looked and felt great. The rear access passenger seat lever makes it easy to enter and exit the back seats, which also provide ample room for two passengers. The center dashboard is where the action is at. The XM satellite radio sounded great with a Bose nine speaker system. The USB port with iPod connectivity, a 4.3″ display with a very helpful rearview monitor, built-in Bluetooth hands-free phone system, a dual-zone auto temperature control system and push button start round out the interior feature set. The sporty, leather-wrapped steering wheel fits right in with this crafty interior layout. Trunk space is limited, but the 60/40 rear seat fold down can add some space for longer objects. The review model did have a moon roof but driving during January in the midwest is no time to enjoy that feature. Speaking of the roof, I did notice a lack of headroom, which was the most glaring drawback in the 2011 Altima Coupe.

Starting the road trip to Dallas with the Chrysler 200

After a fun night hitting some of the legendary establishments in New Orleans, Bullz-Eye hit the road Thursday morning as part of the Game On Drive to Dallas for the Big Game. The morning started with some filming and logistical set up and we were ready to go. We left New Orleans around 9am for Houston in our 2011 Chrysler 200 with another media team in tow with Brad from SportsGrid.com and Heather from ILoveSportsGirl.com in the second car and we were rollin’ down Interstate 10 our new friends! The weather was of course cold and wet but that didn’t damper the excitement of driving the new Chrysler 200 en route to Dallas.

We were very impressed with the vehicle. The interior of the new 200 was very comfortable and stylish with plush leather seats with exposed stitching and an elegant but practical dashboard. All of the controls were easy to use as we enjoyed the satellite radio while using the GPS. The V6 had some kick to it and that made the ride fun, and the car handled great on the wet roads.

Audi R8 GT vs. Lamborghini Gallardo vs. Porsche 911 Turbo

When these three supercars go head to head nobody really loses!

It was only a question of time, really. Eventually the four rings from Ingolstadt and the bull from Sant’Agata would go head-to-head with one another. Because even if the Audi R8 has kept a respectful distance in the marketplace to the Lamborghini Gallardo from which it’s derived, humble pie is obviously no longer on the menu in the office canteen at Audi HQ.

At first the Audi R8 seemed entirely different, simply a stretched, German-size version of the Gallardo with a luxury kind of spin. After all, Audi is the world’s fastest-growing luxury brand right now, while Lamborghini is exclusive and extreme, catering to a very select audience that wouldn’t be caught dead in an Audi.

But when you see the 2011 Audi R8 GT in real life for the first time, you wonder what it is. Is it a celebration of Audi’s nine victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans? Or is it evidence of a new corporate seriousness about the sports car business, not only a head-to-head confrontation with an exotic as serious as the Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera but also a warning shot across the bows of the Porsche 911 Turbo?

Drive to Dallas: A big chill in The Big Easy

Despite a winter storm that shut down a large portion of the country, Bullz-Eye was able to arrive in New Orleans on time thanks to some great work by our airlines! One of the other members of the “Game On” team wasn’t able to fly out of New York on Tuesday so our Drive to Dallas has been altered a bit with the drive now Starting on Thursday.

Now make no mistake the weather is cold in the Big Easy but the accommodations at the Westin and the great food can temper even the coldest of days. The Camellia Grill was a great spot for breakfast and the Manhattan omelet with hash browns was off the charts. If our group didn’t already eat enough we stopped by Cafe Du Monde for beignets and some café au lait! Unreal and only in New Orleans.

Last night we kicked things off with an incredible dinner at Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse. Fried oysters and seafood gumbo kicked off the meal, and tonight we’re hoping for some authentic New Orleans étouffée!

Bullz-Eye will hit the road in a 2011 Chrysler 200 tomorrow morning but first we’ll do some filming today so look out for plenty of content on our Drive to Dallas.
